/Responsibilities BioThe Government Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational accuracy related to spirits processing, inventory control, and reporting with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). This role ensures all documentation—including Processing Reports, Bottling Records, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)—is complete, accurate, and responsibilities include supporting audits through verification of tax rates on bottled products and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records of both bulk and case goods inventory, and supporting physical inventory activities to ensure product integrity and stockroom position also manages and submits TTB Form 5110.28 (Processing Operations Report) and facilitates timely payment of Federal Excise Taxes (FET) using Form 5000.24A on a semi-monthly basis.
