Job Description
This position is responsible for data collection, analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks activities and projects relating to inventory control.
It supports Manufacturing, Planning, and Operations while reviewing material accuracy and collaborates with Compliance, Quality Control, Production, Distribution, Material Operations, Finance, among others.
Essential Job Duties
Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities in coordination with cycle counters.
Collect data and provide detailed root cause analysis, update KPIs and metrics, and escalaton to management if needed.
Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies above tolerance and escalaton to management.
Create and maintain Kanban control cycles.
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control processes focusing on the inventory integrity of all Warehouse and WIP locations.
