**Job Title: Inventory Specialist**
**Job Description**
This role involves supporting the order desk, where you will meet and greet walk-in customers, providing guidance on the showroom layout of stone slabs. You will physically show customers the slabs and track all incoming and outgoing inventory using our Warehouse Management System, Profit.

**Responsibilities**

+ Greet and assist walk-in customers by explaining the showroom layout.
+ Physically show stone slabs to customers in the showroom.
+ Track incoming and outgoing inventory using the Profit system.
+ Receive load sheets and perform data entry into the computer.
+ Read and interpret Excel sheets to manage inventory.
+ Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate tracking.
+ Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries and orders.
