Overview

We are Deoleo, the Olive Oil Company. We produce premium olive oil and related products and operate globally with brands such as Carbonell, Bertolli and Carapelli. The Inventory Analyst (US Operations) will join our US Operations Team in Mexico City, Mexico, to analyze, monitor, and optimize inventory across 3PL warehouses, balancing availability and efficiency to support service, cost, and working capital objectives.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning & Control: Collaborate with Logistics on daily reconciliation of inventory records across internal systems and 3PL warehouses; identify and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory; timely liquidation in collaboration with Sales and warehouse; plan auxiliary materials for repacking.
