            At least 3 years' experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup 
At least 3-5 years' experience in Inventory Accounting e.g., performing Inventory cycle counts, valuation, obsolescence, turns, customer/vendor rebates 
Prior Internal & External audit experience 
Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP 
Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision 
Advanced Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) experience 
Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours) 
Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
