Job Description
The role is responsible for supporting quality-related activities, including defect material monitoring, customer complaint handling, supplier performance support, and maintenance of Non-Conformance and Corrective Action records (NNCAR) for both internal and external issues.
The position collaborates closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure effective issue tracking and resolution, without being the main owner of customer or supplier cases.
