Responsibilities

• Updating tenant information for branches, EQP and MGE2 in the NAPIC (Information Custodian) system every quarterly.
• Preparing draft letters and related documentations.
• Liaising with the Facilities Management team upon receiving calls or complaints from tenants.
• Assisting real estate agents during site viewings.
• Conducting property market research.
• Opening new tenant files and maintaining proper filing.
