Job Description
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal programmes
Assist in employee communication initiatives and campaigns
Support OD projects including surveys, data collection, and reporting
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR communications
Track engagement activities and support simple reporting/dashboard updates
Collaborate with business units and support ad-hoc HR initiatives
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Statistic or related field
Strong interest in OD, Engagement, and Talent Development
