Acting as a central point of contact, supporting interns and thesis students throughout their entire stay while fostering a trusting and appreciative collaboration
Shared responsibility for the entire recruiting process for interns and thesis students, from coordination to the final decision
Independently conducting interviews and ensuring professional candidate experience
Efficient and reliable management of all administrative processes in this area, from contract preparation and co-determination procedures to onboarding and offboarding
Organizing the Freudenberg-wide student get-together and actively strengthening the internal network
Driving further development of recruiting and HR processes with own ideas, for example in digitalization, and actively contributing as part of the role
