Retention Campaign Ownership (CORE)
Plan and execute a monthly retention calendar.
Execute repeat purchase campaigns.
Reactivate inactive customers.
Manage VIP / high‑value customer rewards.
Be fully responsible for campaign results.
Customer Segmentation and Database Control
Segment customers into New, Active, VIP, and Churned categories.
Maintain a clean and structured customer database.
Consolidate customer data from Shopee, TikTok, and WhatsApp/CRM.
Revenue from Existing Customers
Drive a minimum X% of monthly revenue from existing customers (specific target to be defined).
