Assist in coordinate corporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and events.
Assist in implementing corporate communication strategies and initiatives.
Support the handling of complaints and feedback from staff and client.
Support internal communication between HQ and site management offices.
Assist in preparing communication materials during disputes, complaints, and operational incidents.
Assist in managing and update corporate social media platforms, including drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
Support in monitoring online review, comments, and digital feedback, and coordinate appropriate responses in line with company communication guidelines.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Corporate Communication or related field.
Intermediate or advance in editing tools.
Willing to learn and to work in a team environment.
