Intern – Digital Operations & Governance Support

Role Overview

The intern will support the Digital team in day‑to‑day digital operations and governance activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise digital governance, performance monitoring, documentation, and process improvement initiatives within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining digital documentation, including guidelines, policies, trackers, and reports.
• Support updates and maintenance of digital performance dashboards, including SLA performance and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) using Power BI .
• Support business process mapping activities by documenting current and future state processes (e.g. workflows, swim lanes, and simple process diagrams).
