This is not a maintenance role. We need a leader who can take ownership of the internet sales process, coach a team with discipline, improve lead handling, and create measurable growth across appointments, shows, and sales.
The right candidate understands speed-to-lead, CRM accountability, phone skills, text/email follow-up, appointment quality, and the importance of a strong handoff from online inquiry to showroom visit.
