Our client, a well-established electronics manufacturing and solutions provider, is looking for an Internal Sales Executive in Basingstoke to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role with some hybrid flexibility (1 day from home), supporting customer engagement and internal sales operations within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations using CRM systems.
- Raise invoices and support order fulfilment processes.
- Maintain CRM systems and internal filing systems.
- Support external Account Managers and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
