Internal Sales Representative

Our client in the Industrial Pump Manufacturing Industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Boksburg.

Requirements:

• Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and pump components.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.
• Matric.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Purchasing components for pump assembly.
• Selling components and pumps.
• Maintaining stock levels in the store.
• Servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries.
• Following up on quotation processes and placing orders for clients.
• Generating invoices for clients.
• Receiving, managing, and escalating customer complaints.
