2 to 5 Years experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales

Experience with brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or other commercial vehicle groups

Working knowledge of SAP or ERP / Parts management system

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to correctly identify parts

Understanding of parts catalogues, VIN decoding and OEM part identification

Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering and back order management

Basic understanding of technical operations and commercial truck mechanical systems

Advanced computer literacy

Ability to work under pressure and manage high call / WhatsApp group volumes

Ability to work overtime as operationally required
