Qualifications, Education and Skills

• Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) license
• Full Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
• Mannaged Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
• Care of the Elderly qualification (FRCPC or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support to a robust geriatric service, including outpatient and inpatient consultations. Rotate through select specialized geriatric services and work with dedicated multidisciplinary teams, including nurse practitioners. Support clinical teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate learners in affiliation with the University of British Columbia Island Medical Program.
