            Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. 
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular audits, minimizing discrepancies and stockouts. 
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a safety‑first culture. 
Implement and optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. 
Supervise and coordinate all internal logistics activities within the cement plant. 
Monitor equipment utilization, productivity, fuel consumption, and operating efficiency. 
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or internal logistics operations.
