Role Objective
Nawy is transforming how people experience real estate in Egypt, and that transformation is built
by our people. The People Experience & Internal Communications Lead exists to keep our
workforce informed, connected, and inspired as we scale at speed. This is not a broadcast role; it
is a strategic communications function. You will architect Nawy's internal voice, shape how
change and progress are understood, design the channels through which information flows, and
ensure every employee, from sales to tech to operations feels seen, heard, and part of the story.
Reporting to the Senior People Experience and Employer Branding Manager, you will own the
internal communications space while operating hands on across People Experience and
Engagement.
