Responsibilities
Support business development prospecting byassistingwith cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
Assistwith market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix
Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis
Assistwith administrative tasks asrequired
Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, RealEstate,or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to deliver worktimelyand accurately
Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
Detail-oriented,meticulousand willing to learn
