YOUR MISSION

This internship role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of employee experience programs, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and compensation & benefits administration.Interns will also have the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role upon successful completion of their internship.

Task 1: Employee Experience programs

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, conduct employee surveys, social rewards, and more to keep check of the overall experience. Ensure the company consistently wind up on “Great Place to Work” and other HR Awards submission.

Task 2: Benefits administration

Manage employee benefits enrollment including employee purchase program ensured all benefits information on is current and accurate.

Task 3: Creating, maintaining, updating, and filing employment records thru HRIS system (Workday)
