To assist and perform UATs for Production Issues and/or Projects, which includes close communication with IT and vendors.
Understand business requirements with project team. Prepare test scripts to identify test scenarios and create UAT test cases with production‑like data.
Execute test cases and report bugs if any. Re‑test bugs once fixed.
Perform Regression Testing to ensure no major defects/no critical defects open.
Prepare UAT sign off to confirm business requirements/objectives met and good to go for production.
Prepare communication materials (e.g., one pager comm, communication pack, user guide, short video, infographic etc.) to brief & update about the system changes.
Project Management
Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
