This project focuses on Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) to identify failure sources and establish correlations between failure modes and upstream assembly processes. The project also involves developing an automation solution to generate commonality reports by integrating Electrical Failure Analysis data with upstream manufacturing data. Currently these datasets are extracted separately from Snowflake queries and manually consolidated for deviation lot analysis. The proposed solution aims to streamline data integration, improve analysis efficiency, and enhance data accuracy for QDR investigations.
