            Job Responsibilities Work with interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines. 
Compile and create technical benchmark for student accommodation projects. 
Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects. 
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and the Middle East. 
Qualifications Degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent. 
Strong flair for design and aesthetics. 
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp. 
Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months.
