            Job Description  Create original animations for gameplay actions such as movement, combat, mining, interaction, and item-related actions. 
Build 3D models, props, environment assets, and visual content for Roblox games. 
Translate gameplay concepts into assets and animations that are visually clear and appealing in-game. 
Iterate based on feedback from the team and improve work over multiple rounds. 
Ensure assets and animations are practical for in-game use, including style, readability, and performance considerations. 
Contribute to the overall polish, game feel, and player-facing quality of the experience. 
 Job Requirements  Ability to create original work from scratch. 
Understanding of game-ready asset creation, including visual quality, usability, and fit for gameplay. 
Ability to explain your work, creative decisions, and process clearly.
