Role Overview

Maple Reinders seeks an Intermediate Superintendent in Ontario to oversee civil projects, focusing on Water/Wastewater and Clean Energy. Lead site teams and ensure projects meet schedules and budgets. This role demands an energetic leader with at least five years of construction experience, especially in heavy civil wastewater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct project field operations adhering to safety and budget.
• Manage and mentor field staff on construction activities.
• Develop and execute project work plans.
• Ensure senior‑level presence on site and coach staff.
• Review labour requirements and succession planning.
• Lead with integrity and build trust at Maple Reinders while delivering creative construction solutions.
• Foster communication among various project teams; provide field staff guidance; travel or stay close to job sites as needed.
