Role Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer for WSP’s Resources team in Thunder Bay. This role focuses on delivering industrial and mining facilities within Ontario and beyond, from new builds to rehabilitation projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Impact

• Design structural systems for mining and industrial facilities that advance safety, reliability, and long‑term operational success.
• Deliver detailed engineering packages— from conceptual design through stamped IFC deliverables— enabling clients to move swiftly from planning to execution.
• Coordinate and integrate design requirements with mechanical, electrical, process, and geotechnical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
