4 years+ experience as a BA. Confident client facing communication skills. Experience working on system implementations or product enhancements. Strong process mapping and functional documentation skills.

Ability to analyse complex systems interactions and data flows. Independently drive requirements analysis, support solution design, and contribute to product and process improvement initiatives. Work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned to business objectives, systems architecture and long-term strategic direction. Jhb north based role.
