• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning) ensuring they are effective and time-boxed.
• Identify, track, and remove blockers or impediments that prevent the team from making progress.
• Use data and metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to help the team understand their performance and plan future work accurately.
