            Job Responsibilities  Use AUTOCAD system to draw construction shop drawing 
Provide support on daily operation activities including office upkeep/maintenance 
Coordinate work arrangement with internal & external stakeholders 
General office support 
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner 
Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient 
Documentation and simple processing duties 
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. 
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems 
 Job Qualifications  Knowledge of MS Office 
Proactive & able to work 
Able to work in a fast paced environment; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
