What You'll Do
- Develop and coordinate interior architectural designs from Concept through Construction Administration phases.
- Create space planning solutions, test fits, and design layouts for workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and data center projects.
- Lead the preparation of construction documents, technical details, shop drawing reviews, and material coordination.
- Conduct constructability reviews and resolve design coordination issues across disciplines.
- Coordinate closely with Architects, Design Managers, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Construction Teams.
- Develop detailed interior assemblies including partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors, and hardware.
