Job Description
Our client needs to develop efficient tools and processes to ensure its objective, as well as the right controls to manage their portfolio in run-off.Role Purpose:
You will work closely with the Head of Claims Continental Europe and the Branch Claims Managers to implement the right processes, MI reports, SLAs, dashboards and controls needed to monitor the CE Claims portfolio, analyse its trends and anticipate needs, with a particular focus on run-off and legacy business management.You will be in charge of ensuring the claims tasks delegated to our Client's Business Centres are performed according to SLAs and data quality standards.Support CE managers and Global Vendor Management on the selection, implementation ...
