We are now looking for an Interim HR Manager for our client to support a manufacturing site in Mäntsälä, Finland. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily HR operations, supporting leaders, and enabling the organization to perform at its best. You will be the trusted HR partner to site supervisors, ensure proactive employee relations, and provide structure and support to help the organization succeed. You will bring clarity, stability, and practical solutions to everyday HR topics while supporting ongoing development initiatives.
Your day-to-day work combines operational HR, employee relations, and advisory support to leaders. You will take ownership of local HR activities and ensure continuity, consistency, and compliance in a dynamic plant environment.
