Job Overview

Finatal is working with an International Business Services institution, backed by a European private‑equity fund that seeks to transform its current group FP&A function, enhance data analysis/readiness, and improve process visibility of performance. The entity is very international and has grown since the initial PE acquisition. Reporting to the CFO, one of your first tasks will be to run a diagnostic of the FP&A team and its capability, with a view to leading the execution of a transformation roadmap following this.
