Analyze client requirements and solution constraints and convert them into solution blueprints, integration designs, data mapping models, and workflow patterns.
Author and own technical SOW creation, including scope, solution boundaries, integration assumptions, and architectural guardrails for delivery teams.
Develop solution documentation and reference architecture assets to ensure repeatability, consistency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
Serve as a technical escalation point during delivery to unblock complex ERP integration challenges and support cross‑functional resolution.
Partner with Sales on high‑impact solution reviews and late‑stage escalations to remove blockers, de‑risk delivery, and accelerate revenue realization.
