The Integration Project Manager owns the planning, coordination, and execution of mobilization and integration for solar and BESS O&M projects across NovaSource’s global portfolio. This role is based in the Philippines and will primarily support clients and project teams in Australia, with occasional support to EMEA regions as business needs require.
This role manages multiple concurrent projects across time zones and serves as a direct, confident point of coordination between customers and internal teams. Success requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to push back professionally when scope, timing, or risk must be managed.
This is not an order-taking role. The Integration Project Manager is expected to influence outcomes, enforce boundaries, and proactively drive action with clients and internal stakeholders in Australia and EMEA.
