Platform & Architecture Ownership 
Lead and evolve the integration platform vision and roadmap 
Define architectural guidelines for when to use iPaaS vs. custom Java microservices 
Standardize Integration pipelines, workflows, naming conventions, and error handling frameworks 
Establish reusable integration design patterns and reference architectures
