Schedule: Fixed schedule, see the possible schedules below.

• Schedule #1: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Thursday and Friday OFF.
• Schedule #2: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday OFF.
• Schedule #3: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tuesday and Wednesday OFF.
• Schedule #4: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday OFF.

About the Role

We're looking for proactive and detail-oriented Intake Specialists to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for new and existing clients. You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for qualifying leads, building strong relationships, and guiding clients through the intake process from start to finish.
