Job Summary

The Intake Operator is responsible for safely receiving and processing incoming raw milk and dairy ingredients at the facility. This role ensures accurate sampling, testing, weighing, and documentation while maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards required in dairy production.

Key Responsibilities

+ Receive and unload raw milk from tanker trucks and ensure proper transfer into plant storage silos
+ Collect and label milk samples for quality testing according to plant procedures
+ Verify deliveries using bills of lading and intake documentation
+ Monitor milk temperatures, volumes, and flow rates during unloading
