Responsibilities
Provide solution-focused counselling and information support telephonically to employees.
Deliver evidence-based counselling support within a short-term framework.
Provide support as part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling.
Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician; if you hold a master’s degree in counseling, a valid license to practice counselling is required.
Fluent in Tagalog and English languages.
