Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the OHU Global Shared Services Centre, in close coordination with the Senior Administrative Officer, and in consultation with the Chief of the Occupational Health Unit (OHU Geneva) and the Director of Global Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Learn to use EarthMed (Occupational Health System) and Wave effectively by supporting day‑to‑day OHU operations, with the goal of becoming proficient in processing medical records, managing staff health documentation, and contributing to occupational health workflows.


• Support the processing of accumulated Certified Sick Leave (CSL) requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates in EarthMed and Wave.
