About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance agency with policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and customer support. You'll work extensively within the EZLynx Agency Management System to prepare quotes, process policy changes, issue certificates, and ensure accurate policy documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service.
