POSITION TITLE: Insurance Recruitment Associate for General Insurance

This role supports the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of agents who will represent the organization. This role focuses on executing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and activation efforts, and maintaining strong working relationships with agents.
