We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh.

This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that requires working as per the team’s arrangement.

Insurance Operations – Policy Processing/Policy Servicing (Supporting Singapore)

We will count on you to:

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance legislation and strengthens established relationships
• Adheres to company policies and performance standards
• Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives
• Handles queries and errors, assisting in developing action plans to drive improvement
