Jobs Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email on account opening, transactions, and general account servicing matters
Provide prompt and accurate support to clients and advisors, with focus on quality service and first contact resolution
Follow up with customers and advisors on account opening applications, fund transfers, and third party payment requests
Conduct call verifications for client detail updates, form amendments, password resets, and account maintenance requests
Attend to walk in customers at the customer service centre and support their service requests efficiently
Work closely with internal departments and team members to ensure smooth case resolution and support daily administrative tasks
