Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Claims Management: Act as the primary liaison between the dealership, customers, and insurance companies for accident repairs, ensuring accuracy in estimates, police reports, and claim forms.
Documentation & Approval: Initiate, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely approval and release of Letters of Authority (LOA).
Negotiation & Relations: Negotiate repair costs with insurance adjusters and maintain strong relationships with car insurance providers.
Financial Processing: Reconcile insurance receivables, track aging claims, and coordinate with the accounting department for payment processing.
Customer Service & Support: Guide customers through insurance processes and resolve issues related to coverage or repairs.
