About the role
As a Claims Portfolio Specialist you will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end claims duration and status across claims. The role requires significant knowledge of end-to-end claims processes in superannuation along with technical and operational aspects of the day-to-day Claims Portfolio function.
Aligned with Cbus’s Member Strategy, this is a key role focused on managing a portfolio of claims from notification to payment, while ensuring service standards and quality outcomes are met or exceeded. The role also supports clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders within the Fund, Insurers, and the Administrator to optimise the member and beneficiary experience.
