As an Insurance Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to insurance policies, claims, and customer service are handled efficiently and accurately. The position is responsible for assisting Account Executives in the development of new accounts and the servicing of existing accounts for General Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service to existing clients through broking system processing, invoicing, processing quotes and policy transactions via online platforms, and general broking
  • Handle communications from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing basic information about insurance policies and procedures
