            Job Responsibilities  Training & Supervision Support  Assist the Instructor in managing daily work activities (e.g., sorting, cleaning, packing, assembling). 
Provide step-by-step guidance and hands‑on supervision to trainees. 
Reinforce social skills, soft skills, and work discipline in a structured setting. 
Support in conducting daily exercises, cleaning, and other routine activities. 
Modify work tasks to ensure all trainees can participate effectively. 
Creating and adapting teaching materials and instructional aids. 
 Classroom & Operational Support  Ensure trainees meet work expectations and deadlines. 
Help maintain a safe, organized, and structured learning environment. 
Cover for instructors in other contract work or production classes when needed. 
Support special events, pop‑up booths, awareness campaigns, and vocational training initiatives.
