Our client is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Instructional Designer to partner with an internal Program Manager in designing and developing leadership learning solutions for both current and emerging leaders.
This role will focus on creating engaging instructor-led learning experiences that build foundational leadership capabilities among long-tenured leaders who have not previously participated in formal leadership development programs. The consultant will also help design a leadership pipeline program for emerging and high-potential talent preparing for future leadership opportunities.
The majority of content will be developed from the ground up, requiring strong instructional design expertise, leadership development knowledge, and the ability to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts.
